All of our modular homes feature high quality insulation materials, proper air sealing, state-of-the-art heating systems, and efficient ventilation throughout the entire home. Together, these factors create a home that’s more comfortable, easier to maintain, and more effective in reducing utility bills.
Furthermore, all of our homes are built within a controlled factory environment to ensure they are not negatively affected by weather conditions before being sealed. This process keeps your home safe from compromised materials that could result in drafts or air seepage.

Sealing
When your home’s construction is done, Hallmark Homes works diligently to seal gaps throughout the building envelope.
The window moldings, the gaps between floors and walls, the small breaks where doors attach to the framing—we seal the entire home’s envelope, minimizing the potential for moisture, drafts, and pollen to enter the inside environment.
Comfortable
In addition to being cost-effective, all of our energy efficient homes provide customers with a comfortable living space.
By reducing drafts and increasing the effectiveness which the home is heated or cooled, we provide customers with a more stable and enjoyable living experience. No matter the season, you’ll notice a dramatic improvement to your daily life.
Our Energy Efficiency Package
All of our homes come standard with a quality efficiency, but we welcome customers to customize their homes with our Energy Efficiency Package. This additional package includes improved insulation materials, advanced heating systems (i.e., heat pumps), and a greater focus on energy-efficient building practices, among other components.
Our Energy Efficiency Package is based on the ENERGY STAR program, which we have customized to meet the unique Maine climate. We expect our energy efficient homes to withstand the frigid lows of winter along with the humid highs of summer, and we want our fellow neighbors to be as comfortable as possible.
