The History Behind Hallmark Homes

Incorporated in 1993, Hallmark Homes is family-run and -operated by owners Rob and Julie Sherman, who believed that through modular construction they could provide customers with a superior quality home. For more than two decades we have been using modular efficiencies to deliver quality pricing and construction advantages to the buyer.

Hallmark Homes is approximately two miles west of the Interstate 295, on Route 196 in Topsham, Maine. Visitors are welcome to schedule tours of our on-site design center consisting of four model homes, one of which we use as our office.

These show models provide you an opportunity to see firsthand the craftsmanship and detail that goes into each Hallmark Home, and to explore the various options available in our modular home customization process.

Our design center consists of two Colonials, a Cape Cod, and an executive Ranch, each of which were built with varying material and design options, so as to showcase the range of options available to customers. All models are furnished, decorated, and heated, providing you a comfortable experience within each model home.
